26 June 2015 – The Lions Club of Emu Park donates a further $500 for paint for building protection.
14 May 2015 – Livingstone Shire Council grants $1,590 for the purchase of acrylic sheets to be used in the construction of display cases for a recently donated natural history collection.
23 June 2014 – The Lions Club of Emu Park donates $500 for paint for our many buildings.
11 June 2014 – The Queensland Government Gambling Community Benefit Fund grants $27,500 for the replacement of the roof and guttering of our School of Arts building.
21 January 2014 – The Emu Park/Yeppoon Rotary Clubs donate $1,020 (the proceeds of a book fair) for our School of Arts restoration fund.
12 September 2013 – The Emu Park Community Bank Branch of Bendigo Bank donates $3,000 to cover the costs of printing of the book “Emu Park The Town And Its People 1934-1945” by Tom Edmistone
18 July 2013 – Livingstone Shire Council grants $300 from their Community Fund towards the costs of paint to be used in the restoration of the old Emu Park Police Lock-up which was recently given to our Museum by the Queensland State Government.
24 June 2013 – The Lions Club of Emu Park donates $500 for the preparations involved in getting our new Maritime Museum ready for opening.
6 December 2012 – Bradnam’s Windows & Doors have kindly offered to donate an ease of access wheelchair friendly entrance door for our Maritime Museum.
19 July 2012 – The Emu Park Community Bank Branch of Bendigo Bank grants $648 towards the costs of constructing a concrete path to the entrance to our Maritime Museum to ensure all-weather access to all parts of our complex. The path to be installed by our volunteers.
